Marco: The Kindle update
Yesterday, Amazon announced a new Kindle, similar in design to the new DX and just $140/$190 for WiFi-only and 3G models, respectively.
Naturally, the tech press is already declaring it “dead”, because the tech press loves product “killers” and other perceptions to completely rule out entire…

I’ve always dismissed buying a Kindle without even considering if I would use one and like to have one.
Why? It was too expensive for me, that is, someone who has a physical bookshelf still full with many books I haven’t read. But why did I not even consider if I’d like one despite the cost? I’ve no idea. I’ll imagine driving an Aston Martin, so why not the Kindle?
Anyway, after reading about the lower cost and then reading Marco’s post, I have considered it. And you know what - I think I’d like one. And I might get one, eventually.
